Ana Milunovic Jevtic

Ana Milunovic Jevtic grew up in Leposavic, Serbia. She graduated from Veterinary School of Medicine, University of Belgrade, Serbia. She moved to the United States to obtain a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Life Sciences at the University of Wyoming, Laramie. Her thesis project, supervised by Dr. Jay Gatlin, was focused on microtubule growth dynamics and spindle size regulation at early stages of Xenopus laevis embryo development. Ana joined the lab in 2018 to employ microscopy techniques and electrophysiology to study reproductive biology. She received the Lalor Foundation fellowship in 2019
and 2020 Postdoctoral Scholar Award from the Global Consortium for Reproductive Longevity and Equality (GCRLE) through the Buck Institute to study the role of endocannabinoid hydrolase ABHD2 in the ovarian aging.

Ana loves spending time with her family. She enjoys good music, dancing and she thinks she sings well 😊.
